SHIPPING AND RETURNS

We offer worldwide shipping on all of our streetwear products, except for spray paint due to it being classified as dangerous cargo. Spray paint is available for shipping only within Northern Ireland, the UK, and Ireland.

Processing & Shipping Times:
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on your location. We aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible, but since all our garments are designed and made in-house, there may be times when certain items need to be freshly made unless already in stock.

International Customs & Duties:
For shipments outside the UK and Ireland, including Europe, America, Africa, and Australia, your order may be subject to additional customs charges. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not covered by the shipping costs on our site. Customs fees must be paid upon delivery. If unpaid, your parcel will be returned to us, and you will be charged for reshipping or refunded minus a 10% restocking fee (shipping fees are non-refundable).

Tracking Information:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details to follow your parcel’s progress.

Non-Deliverable & Incorrect Addresses:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing an order. We cannot be held responsible for parcels that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional shipping fees will apply if a parcel needs to be reshipped.

Lost or Damaged Items:
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Returns Due to Refusal or Non-Payment of Duties:
If your order is returned to us due to refusal or non-payment of customs fees, and the goods arrive back undamaged and in original packaging, we will issue a refund minus a 10% restocking fee and shipping costs. Refunds will only be processed once we have inspected the returned items.
