SHIPPING & DELIVERY
UK DELIVERY
We offer tracked delivery throughout the UK. Available services and prices are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. Options may include Standard Tracked, Royal Mail Tracked 48 and Express Tracked. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
COLLECT FROM LURGAN — FREE
Free collection is available from Thick As Thieves, Edward Street, Lurgan, BT66 6DB. Please wait until we confirm that your order is ready before travelling to collect.
EUROPE
Europe Tracked is available for eligible orders up to 5 kg. Delivery is normally estimated at 5–10 business days. Shipping is calculated by weight at checkout. For heavier European orders, please contact us for a shipping quote.
INTERNATIONAL
International Tracked is available for eligible orders up to 2 kg, with an estimated delivery time of 7–14 business days. For heavier international orders, please contact us before ordering so we can provide a shipping quote.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT CHARGES
International customers are responsible for any import VAT, customs duties, tariffs, clearance fees or other charges applied in the destination country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices unless expressly stated otherwise.
CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Custom clothing and made-to-order products require production time before dispatch. Any production estimate is separate from the delivery estimate shown at checkout. If you have a fixed deadline, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether it can be met.
DELAYS & TRACKING
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after dispatch. Courier delays can occasionally occur after an order leaves us. If your parcel appears lost, significantly delayed or arrives damaged, contact us and we will help investigate it with the carrier.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
Please check your delivery details carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as quickly as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change or redirect the delivery address
RETURNS & REFUNDS
CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS
For eligible non-customised goods purchased online, you can tell us that you wish to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
Returned goods should be sent back in a condition consistent with reasonable inspection. We may make a deduction where goods have been handled beyond what would reasonably be necessary to inspect them.
RETURN POSTAGE
Unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning it to us. Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide the correct return details.
REFUNDS
Once an eligible return has been received, refunds will be processed in accordance with your statutory rights. Where applicable, the original standard delivery charge will also be refunded. If you selected a more expensive delivery service, we are not required to refund the additional cost above our standard delivery option.
CUSTOM & PERSONALISED GOODS
Products made or personalised specifically for you — including custom printed, embroidered or otherwise customised garments or merchandise — cannot normally be returned simply because you have changed your mind.
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or we have made an error with your order.
APPROVED ARTWORK & CUSTOM ORDERS
Please check artwork, spelling, colours, sizes, quantities and other order details carefully before approving a custom order. Once production has begun following your approval, changes may not be possible and may incur additional costs.
FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If there is a problem with your order, contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs where appropriate. We will assess the issue and arrange the appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.

ORDERS
By placing an order through our website you are offering to purchase the selected goods subject to these terms. Order confirmation does not prevent us from contacting you if there is an obvious pricing, stock, artwork or order error that needs to be resolved.
PRICES & PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£). Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered at checkout. Custom production will not begin until the required payment and any necessary artwork approval have been received.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colours and images accurately. Screen settings and differences between garment batches may cause colours to appear slightly different in person.
CUSTOM CLOTHING & ARTWORK
Customers are responsible for supplying artwork and information they have the right to use. By supplying logos, artwork, names or other material for reproduction, you confirm that you have permission to use it and that our use of it to fulfil your order will not knowingly infringe another person's rights.
Where we provide an artwork proof, please check it carefully. Approval confirms that you are satisfied with the layout, spelling and other visible details shown in the proof. Production variations inherent to printing and embroidery may occur.
PRODUCTION TIMES
Production times for custom or made-to-order goods are estimates and are separate from delivery times. If an order is required for a particular event or deadline, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether the timescale is achievable.

RETURNS & CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or restrict rights that cannot legally be excluded. Please see our Returns & Refunds policy for further information.

Unless otherwise stated, the artwork, branding, graphics, photographs and other original content on this website belong to Thick As Thieves or are used with permission. They must not be reproduced commercially without permission.
