Shipping and How Does It Work?
Q: How do you ship orders?
A: We use Royal Mail and Evri for all UK orders that do not contain spray paint. Orders with spray paint are shipped via UPS or another courier service. If needed, we can deliver orders across Northern Ireland ourselves.
Q: Do you deliver internationally?
A: Deliveries to Europe and the rest of the world are available, except for spray paint due to shipping restrictions. All our clothing and other products are available worldwide.
Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: All orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday will usually be shipped the same day depending on availability. Orders made after 1pm will be processed the next working day. We’ll notify you once your order has been shipped or to arrange local delivery.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Q: How are shipping costs calculated?
A: Shipping costs depend on the delivery address as well as the weight of the shipment. Costs are automatically calculated at checkout.
Q: What shipping options are available?
A: Multiple methods are available, which will be displayed at checkout along with their costs and estimated delivery dates.
Where Do You Deliver?
Q: Can you deliver worldwide?
A: Yes, non-aerosol items can be shipped worldwide via airmail.
Q: What about aerosol items like spray paint?
A: Aerosol items can currently be shipped to:
United Kingdom (including Isle of Man & Channel Islands)
Northern Ireland
Ireland
We are working hard to expand this to more destinations in Europe soon.
I Am Under 18, Can I Order Spray Paint?
Q: What is the age restriction for buying spray paint?
A: No. By law you must be 18 years of age or older to purchase aerosol spray paint. By buying from us, you are declaring that you meet this requirement.
Can I Return My Items?
Q: What is your returns policy?
A: You can return any unused items for a full refund or exchange within 14 working days of receiving them.
Q: What happens if I return items after 14 days?
A: If items are not faulty or sent in error, and you wish to return them after 14 days, a 5% restocking fee applies.
Q: What are the conditions for clothing returns?
A: Only unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise is eligible for return. Once received, we will refund your payment (less shipping costs if we are sending out a replacement).
Q: Can I return items after 14 days?
A: No, items cannot be returned after 14 days.

Q: How can I pay online and in-store?
A: We accept Square, PayPal, and all major credit cards via secure checkout. In-store, we accept cash, card, and wireless payments. All transactions are secure, and customer details are kept strictly confidential.

Orders can be placed online 24/7. You will be notified once your order has been dispatched or is ready to collect.

Q: Can I buy products wholesale?
A: Yes. If you are interested in wholesale pricing for retail, please contact us and a member of our team will get back to you.
Do You Make Custom Garments and Artworks to Order?
Q: Can I order custom designs or commissions?
A: Yes. In most cases we can print custom t-shirts, hoodies, and more. We also accept original art and mural commissions. If interested, please send us an email with your request.
