Despatch Estimates

Prints – we aim to despatch your artwork within 5 days 

Canvases – we aim to despatch your artwork within 14 days

Prints are sent out in tubes, whereas canvases are sent out sucurely package and wrapped to reach destination safely and undamaged. Custom shipping request will come at an extra cost. We send all artwork via tracked and signed for delivery. You will be provided with a tracking number once we have processed your order.

Please bear in mind the above estimates may slightly vary depending on your order.

Please note: Please contact us prior to your purchase if you require the purchased artwork to arrive before a certain date as this may incur an extra cost.  Where possible, we always try our best to accommodate for any special requests.

 

Returns

Damaged Goods

thickasthievesstreetwear.com will replace all damaged goods.

However you MUST check your goods and email us WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS of receipt of a damaged item to be eligible for a replacement or refund. We will send a reply email containing full details of our replacement / refund procedure.

You MUST keep the damaged goods together with any damaged packaging until you receive instructions on what to do with them from thick as thieves streetwear & graffiti supplies ltd

Failure to do this could result in an invalid claim against our Returns Policy.
